DACOTA is recognized for its unique and quality workmanship. Most of our garments hand printed and designed for a great fit and well known for its great durability. Some of the prints on garment(s) where intentionally designed to look “Vintage” or “Faded”. DACOTA tests all garments for its quality prior to shipment and or distribution. Always read care instruction carefully. Best practice includes cold hand washing with similar colors, drip-drying away from direct sunlight. Warm iron/pressing of the garment inside-out. Do not iron on prints or embroidery.

Return Policy
DACOTA online store wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund within twenty (20) days from the date your order was delivered to you.

For you first exchange of products on an order, there are no extra postage chargesfrom DACOTA when we send you your replacement, the only cost to yourself is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us. If a further exchange is requested, DACOTA reserve the right to charge additional postage of the shipment to you.
This is typically around $AUD9.00 depending on the number of items being sent.
DACOTA cannot guarantee that a direct replacement will be available. A DACOTA Representative will assist you with information on an alternative style(s) for your convenience.
The issue of a credit note for a replacement garment will not be made until and inspection of the returned garment is made.

If you send us correspondence via e-mail, fax or post, DACOTA will retain such information in the records of your account.
